IS LEVEL A RIGHT FOR YOU?
Level A starts where many players get stuck: the serve and return are playable, but the third shot is still a gamble.
The course is for you if your drop changes with every return, contact often happens too close to the body, or you control the ball only from a comfortable feed. Session 1 is trained alone at a wall; Sessions 2 and 3 require one training partner and a court.

THE COACH BEHIND THE METHOD
THREE SESSIONS. ONE CLEAR PROGRESSION.
Level A builds the drop in the right order — from reading the ball and organising the contact to playing the third shot after your own serve.
WALL → COURT → GAME SEQUENCE

SESSION 1 · WALL

SESSION 2 · COURT

SESSION 3 · GAME SEQUENCE
Read the ball after its apex, move into the fall and guide it with a stable body and calm arm. Trained alone at a wall.
Transfer that control to the court. Work from short to longer partner feeds and learn to manage distance, apex and second flight.
Connect the full sequence: serve, read the return and play the drop. The goal is a third shot you can organise in context, not one that depends on a perfect feed.
TEST. TRAIN. CHECK.
1 / ESTABLISH THE BASELINE
Start with the Serve–Return–Drop test. Record your score before changing anything.
2 / WORK THROUGH THE SEQUENCE
Complete the three sessions in order. Each one solves a different part of the drop.
3 / TEST WHAT TRANSFERRED
Repeat the same test, compare the result and identify the next useful training step.
